Custom Order Request Detail

At Handy Trendy, we are happy to offer custom-made jewelry to create a piece that is truly personal and one of a kind. Please read our custom order process carefully before placing a request.

1. Custom Order Request

Customers may request a custom order by contacting us with their preferences, including:

• Metal choice: Copper or 925 Sterling Silver

• Gemstone selection: Natural precious or semi-precious gemstones

• Piece size: Size can be chosen according to the customer’s requirement (ring size, chain length, etc.)

• Design details: Style, shape, or inspiration (photos or ideas are welcome)

Once we receive your request, we will discuss feasibility, design details, and pricing.

2. Design Finalization

• A custom order begins only after the design and details are finalized and approved by the customer

• Any changes requested after design approval may require additional time and cost

3. Production Time

• The standard making time for custom orders is 10–15 business days

• As each piece is handcrafted, timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and begin the custom order

• The advance payment is non-refundable, as the piece is made specifically for you

• The remaining 50% balance is payable after the piece is completed and photos are shared for customer approval

5. Final Payment & Listing

• Once the customer approves the finished piece via photos, the custom jewelry will be listed privately on our website

• The customer must complete the remaining balance payment through the website listing

6. Shipping

• After full payment is received, the custom piece will be dispatched within 1–3 business days

• Shipping timelines depend on the destination and selected shipping method

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started

• The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances
