All products sold by Handy Trendy are handcrafted jewelry created using materials such as 925 sterling silver, pure copper, and natural gemstones.

Due to the handmade and natural characteristics:

• Minor variations in size, shape, texture, gemstone color, inclusions, and metal finish are inherent;

• Such variations do not constitute defects;

• Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion;

• Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity;

• Correct pricing or listing errors.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.

5. PRICING, TAXES & CUSTOMS

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

International customers are solely responsible for:

• Customs duties;

• VAT;

• Import taxes;

• Any local governmental charges.

Handy Trendy is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not store full credit card information.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6A. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Handy Trendy directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Filing a false, fraudulent, or unjustified chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms;

• We may provide payment processors with evidence including order confirmation, tracking details, delivery confirmation, communications, and product descriptions.

If a chargeback is determined to be abusive or without legal basis, we reserve the right to:

• Recover associated chargeback fees and administrative costs;

• Pursue lawful recovery of funds;

• Restrict or permanently refuse future purchases.

This clause does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

7. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

For customers outside the European Union, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

For consumers residing in the European Union, risk of loss transfers upon physical receipt of the goods in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We are not liable for postal delays, customs delays, incorrect address provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the handcrafted and often customized nature of our products:

• No returns or exchanges for change of mind;

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable;

• Minor natural variations are not defects.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Lost parcels may be eligible for refund only after thirty (30) days from the expected delivery date, subject to carrier investigation.

Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

8A. EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right under Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications;

• Clearly personalized items;

• Custom or made-to-order jewelry.

Where the right of withdrawal applies (non-customized items only):

• You must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery;

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition;

• You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory EU consumer rights.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Jewelry designs;

• Product photographs;

• Brand name “Handy Trendy”;

• Logos, text, graphics, and website layout;

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Handy Trendy.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using this website, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
